I am Mithun, a passionate Yoga enthusiast and instructor with nearly three years of experience guiding individuals and groups on their divine journeys. Through both online and offline sessions, I strive to spread the profound benefits of Yoga, not just as information, but as a transformative lifestyle and health practice.
I specialize in traditional yoga asanas, which are tailored to meet the health challenges of our modern age. My expertise spans over 10 different forms of Yoga, including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Satyananda Yoga, Power Yoga, Pragya Yoga, Atmananda Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Ananda Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Tibetan Yoga, Moon Yoga Series, Insight/Blind Yoga, and Yoga with Props. I received my training in Bangalore under a senior yoga teacher of SARVA.
In my sessions, I focus on using Yoga to address diseases and discomforts resulting from poor lifestyle choices, helping individuals feel more energetic, active, comfortable, and confident in their lives.
As a multilingual instructor, I am fluent in English, Hindi, regional Mewari, and Gujarati, ensuring effective communication with a diverse range of students.
